Our production facilities are based in the Essex countryside, just 30 miles from London. Split over two sites we currently have over 60,000 sq ft of production space.
Our policy of continually investing in new machinery means we now have one of the most modern processing and manufacturing plants in the UK.
In 2013 alone we invested over £1/2 million in new edging and drilling machines.
Investing in modern, state of the art equipment allows us to work more efficiently and quickly, which means lower prices and quicker lead times for our customers.
All of our machines are supplied by leading names in the industry such as Lisec, Forvet and Hegla, meaning the quality of our work is never compromised.
Our current fleet of 10 vehicles is made up of vehicles ranging in size from Mercedes Sprinters up to 26 tonne Mercedes Argo lorries. The largest of which is equipped with a Moffett truck mounted forktruck.
Our entire fleet is run to FORS standards, giving our customers the confidence that all of our vehicles and drivers always operate to the highest of standards.
By running our own fleet of vehicles we are able to ensure that our customers’ orders are delivered with the upmost care.
We are able to accommodate most special delivery requirements, however if we are not able, we work closely with a range of transport contractors who we trust to take the same care of your order as we do.
